Winsor & Newton Artist soft pastels have been formulated to the highest standard to give brighter, stronger and cleaner colours, combined with a creamy and uniform texture allowing maximum control of your pastels. The range consists of 200 colours with a systematic and wide spread of individual colour positions. The colour range has been developed from 44 full strength colours, 39 of these colours having 5 tints per colour, where tint 1 is the lightest and tint 4 is the full strength and tint 5 is the darkest.
